Problem fps amd

Hi, I have an AMD Rayzen9Pro and when I put the New3D renderer on the game while it is at 60fps suddenly drops to 10fps while with the legacy renderer it runs at a stable 60fps but has graphic problems, I hope to solve this annoying problem that affects AMD cards
