Supermodel - PonMi Edition?

I've stumbled across these 2 repos:

Are these different projects with different devs? Doesn't look like it was forked from the trzy repo and I've always used the Sega Model 3 UI from Nuexzz in the forums.
Sorry been away for a while from Model 3, I may have missed something.
