Re: Sound Mixing Follow-up

You can do either.
You can use the command line to launch Supermodel with the command you want, or you can put all your settings in the ini file.
The command line options will override the ini file ones.

Re: Sound Mixing Follow-up

Firstly make sure Supermodel detects the correct number of speakers you have. The log file should report what it finds. It thinks my laptop has 4 speakers so I have to use the channels command to correct this, otherwise surround sounds are getting lost. Also for me -40 is ideal. So my Daytona comman...

Re: Alternate Daytona Car Colors

In your Supermodel.ini, set the network to true and set the in and out ports to the same number so the machine talks to itself in a closed loop.

Code: Select all

; Network board
Network = true
SimulateNet = true
PortIn = 1971
PortOut = 1971
AddressOut = "127.0.0.1"

@Jack_Tenrec

You're using Supermodel v0.2a which is a million years old.
git clone the current repo.

Re: (updated title) Controller not detecting

did you read this bit,

The README.txt may be a little outdated but the overall advice still stands.

Re: SEGA Model 3 UWP emulator ported to Xbox series X/S

Again it's not a repo I've used myself, but I think the Sinden repo is relatively popular. https://github.com/DirtBagXon/model3emu-code-sinden It isn't a direct fork of Supermodel though; but it has itself been forked. If you want to link with these guys and be more associated with them, I think tha...

Re: SEGA Model 3 UWP emulator ported to Xbox series X/S

The original guy 'aerisarn' has an active fork,
https://github.com/trzy/Supermodel/forks

which has also been forked,
https://github.com/aerisarn/Supermodel-uwp-gl/forks

I've not tried either as I don't have a console, but it looks like Supermodel is spreading its wings. :D

Re: About the new frontend in development ...

This looks really nice. Beautiful, simple, sleek aesthetic.
Supermodel has needed a good UI for a while now.
Great work.
You must have done some sort of coding before ?

Re: Black Flashes (von254g)

I've posted an issue on GitHub about the screen going blank in daytona, albeit blue. It seems to be more noticeable now than ever. It might be related to this? Also, I don't play von myself, but I think von254 may be a bad dump which confuses the matter even more. The von254 title screen only seems ...
