Good idea! GitHub also has Wiki feature that allows you to document the emulator in a more sophisticated fashion using markdown syntax instead of just 1 readme.md file. Just to note, the latest version of Sega Model 3 UI (04/10/2022) only allows 1 as lowest value.
Users can always manually delete the option from the Supermodel.ini.
